We are delighted to announce that the Eastern Region Teaching School Hubs are hosting another ITT Mentor Conference on 6th February. The Conference is online via Zoom and free to attend.
The theme this year is ‘From Challenges to Growth: Promoting Wellbeing and Resilience in Mentoring Trainees’.

We will:

• Discuss the changing landscape of ITT and mentorship
• Address the challenges and barriers faced by trainees and mentors
• Explore practical approaches to support wellbeing and resilience
• We are also delighted to be joined by Keynote Speaker Melanie Davies from Mind Solutions.
